Animations not working and unable to log in to webflow account

At a glance

The community member is experiencing issues with their Webflow account and Relume components not working properly. The comments suggest that the issue may be related to the VPN (Windscribe) the community member is using, as it causes problems when accessing Webflow sites. The community members have tried various troubleshooting steps, but the issue persists. There is no explicitly marked answer in the comments.

⚠ Please help,
Non of the animations (mostly Relum components) are working in my different websites.
And I cannot not login to my webflow account.
All I see is a white blank page.

Does anybody have the same experience?

It seems it’s a Relum error, all of the Relume components are not working.
Please help.

There are animations in the header and other sections which is not working.
Please help.

once components are pasted into a webflow project, there is no longer any connection to Relume. So unlikely that its a Relume issue. Sounds to me like a Webflow issue.

Clicking on your link above, I was able to load the site just fine and I see all sections.

Thank you for your effort.

It seems the issue is related to the VPN I’m using, Windscribe. Regardless of the city I select in Windscribe, all websites hosted on Webflow fail to work properly, particularly Relume components with any kind of animation.

This issue started yesterday; previously, everything was working perfectly. Has anything changed recently in Relume or Webflow? For example, the IPs accessing the JavaScript libraries?

no, nothing on our end would effect the rendering of the components in Webflow - that would be 100% Webflow. Can you whitelist domains or websites?

It’s not my country that blocks Webflow. The problem is that, in order to load Webflow sites, I need to use Windscribe because AWS blocks certain countries. However, when I use Windscribe, this issue arises.

I wish I could ask Amazon to exclude Webflow resources from these restrictions. This blocking not only impacts Webflow but also Relume’s business in my country.
