Aligning a text element with a column in a nested grid layout

Hello everyone - I am new to using the grid layouts and am trying to add a full length row below a grid that has three columns (but this 3 column grid is inside a two column grid). My goal is to add a text element - but would like to have it align with the column on the right see image. I am using the Relume - Footer11_ template.
