Adjusting the height of the uncommon layout 423 panels

Hello Friends! I am loving the Uncommon Layout 423 (3 panels with text overlay on image) but is there a way to make them less tall? Everything I have tried has not worked! Love to have some shorter boxes that are more square. What properties should I change to make this happen?

you could adjust the min height of the _card-content
