Adjusting Images for Different Aspect Ratios in Header 78

Matt J. For Header 78, how would I adjust the images if the images I want to insert have a different aspect ratio? I would like to insert profile images, but then not all of the image is visible (as the fit is set to Cover). If I change the fit to Contain, then there is extra space on both side of the images. I’m not sure if I have to change something with the Position. Thanks!
