Adding Touch Interactions to Section Header77

Hiya! I'm wondering if it's possible to add a touch-interaction to section_header77.

I'm using the component as a testimonials slider and i'm using just a single string of the two available (.header77_image-list-bottom). I've adjusted the timing so it's slow enough to read the testimonials on mobile but, in testing, people expect that they can put their finger on it to stop it and that they can swipe it with the finger to move to skip or forward the feed.

I'm guessing it's not possible for it to skip to the next/act as a slider (since it isn't one), but is it possible to stop the animation with a touch interaction?
