Adding Custom Notes to Ecommerce Products in Webflow

Qus if someone tried to do this in webflow ecomm.

I have a item [Mobile Case] that has few add-ons of colors [Blue, Yellow, Pink] : [easy to setup]
If User choose a add-on [Blue], There should be a Input box for that item for Customer notes or something they can write.

If they add multiple items on cart with add-ons, they can add multiple notes per item.

I hope this makes sense. I am aware of this webflow community post & if someone has already tried to do that successfully that would be awesome!
