Adding Cms to Slider Blog Section 67

Hi all , can anyone advise me how to add cms to slider Blog Section 67 (section_blog67) without messing up the layout? I've tried and failed. I did manage to connect the cms to the content but am unable to retain the layout - for some reason the cards stack vertically instead of horizontally off the page in it's original form. It needs to connect to 'Articles' collection. Thanks ! https://preview.webflow.com/preview/roguesgallery?utm_medium=preview_link&utm_source=d[…]79b18e634fbeffbada6bbb3b504e1769&locale=en&workflow=preview

Tried AI and added the finsweet attributes like it said but that didn't fix the layout issue unfortunately. Just to clarify - the layout slider works fine until I connect it to CMS. As soon as I connect it to CMS and drop a slider into the collection item - it generates the other sliders, but it doesn't do it in the existing slider layout, instead it runs down vertically and shows all items collection items occupying the same one slider. All the items occupy one slide instead of spreading across all the slides.

did you resolve this? In the preview link it looks like all the slides look as they should. Let me know!

Hi Matt, thanks for getting back to me, I did manage to get it working - not through using the attributes though - just by limiting each collection item to show 1 item and start at (whatever number I want to show). Only issue with this is it's not working like a normal CMS where there's only 1 item element and it automatically generates others based on the number of collection items. The way I have it seems like a bit of a hack. Would be cool to have it working just using 1 slide element instead of 6. I've duplicated [sectionblog_67] to show you how it is without the workaround if you can figure it out? https://preview.webflow.com/preview/roguesgallery?utm_medium=preview_link&utm_source=d[…]79b18e634fbeffbada6bbb3b504e1769&locale=en&workflow=preview

I've hidden the duplicate, it's just below the one with the workaround

you'll essentially have two things to make this work - you'll have the skeleton of your slider and you'll have the skeleton of your CMS collection. The way that the Finsweet CMS Slider works is that it will take all of the classes inside of the collection item and drop them into the slide of your slider. Right now, you are embedding the CMS into the slider. Separate the two things, and you should be fine. Use the hide class to hide the CMS collection so that you don't see double. I can try recording something next week but honestly, most of this information is available via the docs and the finsweet documentation, you'll just want to read over those things more slowly.

Ok thanks i'll try this.

how did you go with this? Got it working?

Hi Matt, thanks for checking up but I haven't got round to looking at that yet as stuck on a different issue (in the main chat)...but will get to this..

can you link me to the issue? Just want to make sure I'm across all the messages here - from what I can tell I've replied to all messages but I've missed things in the past.
