Issue with Password-Protected Pages Redirecting to 404 on Empty Input

Hello everyone again, My pages are password-protected. If someone enters the wrong password, an error message appears. But if they try to access the page without entering anything and click the button, they're redirected to a 404 page. Does anyone know why this happens? I'd like it to display an error message instead..
